Once you get to the site, you will select "Utility Billing" in the top header. Here you will be given the option to either Quick Pay or Create an Account.
- If you select Quick Pay : This is a one time payment. You will not be required to create an account. You must have your account number and be able to answer an identifying question.
- If you select to Create an Account : You will be able to create a login to come back and make future payments. You will also be required to have your account number and be able to answer an identifying question.
