Residential Water Deposit Application
Commercial Water Deposit Application
All applications must be turned in at Oyster Creek City Hall. You will also need to provide a copy of your valid photo ID and form of payment (card, check, cash, or money order). The deposit is $100 for homeowners and $200 for rental and commercial accounts.
Water Payment
- Water payment due date is the 15th of every month.
- Past due notice will be sent 1st business day following the 15th (adds 10% fee to bill)
- Cut offs are done the 10th day after late notices are sent, unless on a weekend, then it is on the following business day. (adds $25.00 fee to bill)
Garbage Info
Garbage service is set-up and billed through Waste Connections. Please call them for any questions regarding pick up or billing (979) 864-6400.
- Trash pick-up day will be Monday of EVERY week.
- Your trash can needs to be placed within 5 ft. of the roadway.
- Only trash inside carts will be picked up on regular service days. Extra trash outside of the cart will not be picked up.
- Large pickup day is bi-weekly on Thursdays year round.
